1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Times by Location

Delivery times are not fixed and depend entirely on your destination zone and location. Please use the following estimates as a general guideline:

  • Major Cities & Urban Areas: 3 to 7 business days

  • Regional & Suburban Zones: 7 to 12 business days

  • Remote, Rural & Extended Areas: 12 to 20 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or due to customs clearance and extreme weather conditions beyond our control.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email containing your tracking information and a direct link to follow your shipment's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking system to update and display information.

4. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. NexoEasy is not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.
